Integrations let you deliver alerts outside the console.
By default, alerts are visible in-app; Telegram is optional.

Telegram

1

Connect the bot

Open Account → Notification channels and click Connect Telegram.
2

Choose the destination

Start a DM with the bot or add it to a group/channel.
Ensure the bot has post permission in that chat, then select that chat as the destination.
3

Send a test

Click Send test to confirm delivery.
If you don’t receive it, check permissions in the target chat and try again.
4

Use with Alerts

Alerts are already active in the app. Telegram only changes the delivery.
To reduce noise, adjust thresholds in Projects → Alerts.

Quick fixes

  • Connected but no messages — the bot isn’t in the chat or lacks post permission. Add the bot, grant permission, then run Send test.
  • Too many pings — increase thresholds (Token / USD / ×multiplier) or disable noisy types in Manage alerts.
  • Wrong destination — reopen the Telegram integration and choose the correct chat; you can change it anytime.
  • Switched phones or bot looks “stuck” — disconnect and reconnect Telegram from Account → Notification channels, then run Send test.

Security & privacy

  • Read-only by design — we never request seed phrases or spend permissions.
  • The Telegram bot only needs permission to post in the destination chat/channel.
  • Alerts remain visible in-app even if Telegram is disconnected.
