1. Introduction

Welcome to FlowTerminal (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the FlowTerminal platform, available at flowterminal.com and its subdomain docs.flowterminal.com.
By accessing or using FlowTerminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. FlowTerminal is operated by IVY Trading Solutions Ltd., registered in Seychelles.

2. Nature of Service

FlowTerminal is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for liquidity analysis, automated market-making, and token performance tracking.
FlowTerminal is not a financial institution, broker, exchange, fund, or custodian.
We do not execute trades, hold user assets, or provide financial advice. Users connect their own exchange accounts (e.g., Binance, OKX, Bybit) through encrypted API keys.
FlowTerminal has no withdrawal permissions on connected APIs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
The Service is not available to individuals or entities located in the following jurisdictions:
United States, Canada, Iran, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, England (excluding British Islands), and other restricted regions.

4. Account and Access

To access the platform, you must register using a valid email address and enable Google Authenticator (2FA).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
You agree not to share or resell your account.

5. API Keys and Security

FlowTerminal collects and stores API keys only to connect to centralized exchanges.
All keys are stored securely in PostgreSQL with AES-256 encryption.
You are responsible for restricting your API keys to FlowTerminal’s IPs and revoking them if compromised.
We perform internal security audits regularly.

6. Financial Operations

  • Users deposit digital assets directly to a unique wallet.
  • Deposits are shown as a virtual balance.
  • All transactions are on-chain and verifiable.
  • Withdrawals are not supported.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • No deposit fees apply.

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital assets involves significant risk.
By using FlowTerminal, you acknowledge and accept that:
  • FlowTerminal does not guarantee profit.
  • You control all bot configurations and strategies.
  • FlowTerminal bears no responsibility for trading losses.
  • Nothing on FlowTerminal is financial advice.
Use at your own risk.

8. User Conduct

You must not:
  • Hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system.
  • Bypass rate limits or exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Manipulate balances or market data.
  • Use external scripts that interact directly with FlowTerminal.
Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, UI, logos, and code belong to IVY Trading Solutions Ltd.
You may not copy, redistribute, or use platform assets without written consent.

10. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowTerminal shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees, if any, paid by you to FlowTerminal.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may appeal at support@flowterminal.com.

12. Updates and Modifications

Terms may be updated without prior notice.
Continued use implies acceptance of updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Seychelles law.
All disputes are resolved in Seychelles courts.
